Every piece at Designs of a Creative Soul is handmade with care and intention, and most are one of a kind. Please read this policy before purchasing.

 

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

You may return a ready-to-ship piece within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original condition. Email me first at tiffany@designsofacreativesoul.com with your order number to start a return. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive and inspect the piece, I’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.

 

Holiday Gift Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 15 can be returned until December 31, so gifts can be exchanged after the holidays. All other return conditions above apply.

 

Local Pickup Orders

Please look your piece over at pickup and let me know right away if anything is damaged. Damage has to be noted at pickup to be covered. Change-of-mind returns follow the same rules as shipped orders.

 

Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, so all sales are final. I can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom work unless it arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the shipping box. You can choose a repair or a full refund, including original shipping. For a repair, I’ll send you a prepaid label to mail the piece back to me, repair it and ship it back to you at no cost. You won’t need to file anything with the shipping carrier; I handle that.

 

Shipping Delays

I’m not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Holiday decorating services are covered by my separate Decorating Service Terms.
