Every piece in our shop is handmade, finished and ready to ship. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

 

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Most ship sooner. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rate

Shipping is a flat $20 per order within the United States, no matter how many pieces you order.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Local Pickup at Pike Road Town Hall

Local customers can choose free pickup at checkout. Pickup is in the Pike Road Town Hall parking lot. Orders are ready for pickup in 1–3 business days. We'll email you to confirm a pickup time, so please wait for that email before coming by, and bring your order number. Please look your piece over at pickup.

 

Packaging

Wreaths are packed in sturdy boxes with padding to protect their shape and details in transit.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the piece. We'll make it right. See our Return Policy for details.
